We offer a basic RENTAL READY Maintenance, Cleaning and upgrading service to get New Developments, Houses, Townhouses, Shops, Office/Blocks ready for new tenants or owners. Newly built or old.

We do all cleaning and basic small item fixing in units and houses to upgrade them. We get it RENTAL READY.

Existing Owners and Tenants can also make use of Rental Ready for weekly or monthly cleaning and upgrading services. We offer month-to-month cleaning contracts to Shops and shopping centres, offices or office blocks, hotels and even to private people.

Window washing for small to medium size buildings on monthly contract basis, or a once-off service.

We will only work on a quotation basis. No work will be done without giving a quotation and the approval of a quotation.

WE INSPECT AND QUOTE

Condition of carpets. Condition of walls and ceiling for painting. Blinds, window handles, door handles, and door locks , leaking taps and toilets, blocked drains, cupboard handles and loose cupboard shelves. Condition of pelmets. Condition of light fittings. We will test the stove and all plugs and lights. Inspect garden and pool. Rubbish removal. And all extras that we can report on. 

We prepare a rental-ready inspection list to be signed off by new Tenant and hand over to agent, owner or developer.

All our prices work on an inspection-to-quote basis.
